Creative Disruptors Learning Collaborative is an online school that provides courses and resources for arts and culture leaders of the global majority seeking to create positive social impact through their work. We are rooted in the ubuntu values of respect for others, helpfulness, community, sharing, caring, trust, and unselfishness, we strive to empower our learners with the tools, knowledge, and network to become effective cultural leaders in their communities.


We envision a world where arts and culture are drivers of justice and liberation, where artists and cultural workers are supported and empowered to create positive change, and where cultural leadership is recognized as a critical component of a thriving and just society.

Our Goals

    To provide accessible and affordable courses and resources that support the development of cultural leadership skills and knowledge for arts and culture leaders who are passionate about the arts, culture, and liberation.

    To prioritize liberation and justice in all aspects of the school, from course content to faculty recruitment to student support services.

    To foster a community of cultural leaders who share knowledge, resources, and networks to support each other's work and are committed to advancing liberation and justice through the arts.

    To elevate the voices and perspectives of BIPOC artists and cultural workers by centering their experiences, knowledge, and leadership in all aspects of the school.
